New project!!!!

Well some posts ago I was talking about a new exciting project I will have. Well here it is, today i got the keys after work.
It need a lots of love and paintwork. But here's my new baby. The basics are wonderful, don't you agree?

    Dear Belgian Banker, This looks absolutely super. I am sure that you will transform this sleeping beauty into something truly wonderful. The plasterwork and parquet flooring remind me so much of my own apartment in Budapest. And, the fireplace and French windows opening on to the garden look charming. I am looking forward to seeing your progress.

    Really like this space. As you said, great basics. Am in Connecticut and we don't have this design basic to work with. Love the floors, the moldings, and the fireplace mantle. Will hope you will keep us abreast of your progress.
